Fairfield Residence

The owners of the Fairfield Residence wanted to transform their under utilized courtyard into a useable space by introducing a new deck, planting and gravel.

The aspect of this courtyard provides plenty of sun during summer but is in mostly full shade during winter making plant selection and the use of hard surface materials an important factor. The outcome is a functional, low maintenance and visually appealing space all year round.
