Riverview Residence

The owners of the Riverview Residence had recently completed an extension which added a large family/open plan living space connecting to a deck area.

The site had various level changes, sloping upward from the front of the property. The owners were looking for a solution that allowed for minimal retaining walls, an extension of the decking area and and a levelled grass area for future works which might include a swimming pool. 

 

There were existing materials and elements which the owners wanted to tie in with the landscape, which included brick work and timber features, steps to access a chicken coop and back sheds.

The owners wanted to incorporate large screening plants, a variety of subtropical and flowering plants to give their garden a lush evergreen feel.
